Villa & House, originally Bungalow 5, is in the process of a name change which will be completed by the end of the year. Please find answers to some frequently asked questions regarding our evolution. 


Q: What in its entirety is changing with Bungalow 5? Are you merging with another line?
A: Bungalow 5 is only changing our name to Villa & House; we will not change any other part of our company or product line. Additionally, we are not merging with another brand and have not been purchased by another company. Our products and brand vision have evolved, so we're amending our name to show our 20-year brand evolution.

Q: Are the owners and employees remaining the same?
A: Yes, we will remain the same team that you’ve worked with all these years and grown to rely on for the highest quality products with the best customer service.

Q: Will my account with Villa & House remain the same as my account with Bungalow 5? Will I need to re-register? Will my prices remain the same?
A: Your account will remain the same; you will not need to re-register with us. Pricing on your account will not change.

Q: Will Villa & House’s design aesthetic remain the same? Is there a style change?
A: Our design aesthetic and quality will not be changing. Our name is changing, but we remain the same. Our collections will continue to embody that spark of exuberant chic that has permeated them from the very beginning. Our pieces will continue to hew to our brand identity rooted in a passionate desire to get it right.

Q: Are any products getting discontinued with the name change?
A: No items will be discontinued due to our name change. We will continue to phase out older items per our yearly schedule, but we will not discontinue any products solely due to this transition.

Q: What is the official date that you will be changing to Villa & House?
A: From September 2022, all digital, web, social media, and email addresses will be switched to our new name: Villa & House. We will continue to phase out the name Bungalow 5 on our print materials and other assets through the remainder of the year.

Q:  Who do I direct all my questions and future Sales and Purchase Orders to? 

A:  You can direct your questions and future orders to your current Sales Rep. Sales reps and client relations specialists will remain the same. 

Q: Where can I get printed materials and catalogs for Villa & House? 

A:  Please continue to reach out to samples@vandh.com for all catalogs, supplements, or sample chip orders. Please note that our materials will be changing throughout the year, and prior to late-2022, you may receive Bungalow 5 branded boxes and materials. 

Q: How will I find you online?

A: You can currently find us online at www.VandH.com. The old Bungalow5.com website will automatically redirect to the Villa & House website. The content and products on the website will remain the same. For up-to-date news and product releases, you can sign up for our email newsletter and follow us on social media. All links are included in the footer of our website. 

Q: Will you still show at High Point and the Atlanta Market?

A: Yes, we will still be showing at the bi-annual High Point and Atlanta Markets. We will have fully transitioned to our new name, Villa & House, starting at the October 2022 High Point Market.

Q: Are you excited about your name change?

A: Yes, we are very excited about our new name. We feel it is like coming home, with our new name representing the evolution of our brand for the past 20 years. We take time-honored traditions and forgotten craftsmanship and adapt them for modern lifestyles. In this same way, we honor the heritage of the name that served us since our inception in 2001 while inviting you to look with us towards the limitless possibilities of an exciting future with our new name, Villa & House.
